Yesterday Hannah and I took the dogs to the vet (a little more difficult when there are two), and in the afternoon we went to a place called The Purple Glaze. It is a neat little place on Peoria where you can paint pieces of premade pottery. Hannah and I will be able to pick up our pieces on Thursday (they fire and glaze the pieces for you). I really had a lot of fun, and Hannah enjoyed it as well. I picked a square serving dish, and Hannah picked a dog figurine and a flat square piece (maybe it is to put hot dishes on??). Two other teachers from Owen had invited us, so we had a good time chatting and painting. I am really interested to see the finished products!
Tomorrow I will be getting pictures back, so I might try to post a picture of Monty. However, I must warn all readers against posting anything that might even hint that the new runt is prettier than my dog!! hee hee
Well, I must go. I have a little chick sitting next to me who wants me to play Mario with her. Oh, and I actually accomplished something yesterday...I scrubbed my whole kitchen floor!!! Yay for me!

Lovely to hear news from the Byrd house. It sounds like you guys are having fun! The pottery place must be neat.
