Weekend

Evan's sister Holly is here for a visit this weekend. I think she is enjoying herself. She and Evan have been working on a song, and they sound really good together. I wish I knew how to post videos (if it's possible) to show you how they sound. ;-) They would kill me. ha Anyway, Nathan seems to really like his aunt, and she seems to enjoy playing with him. Oh, here's some advice I got from a fellow diner today when Nathan was fussing and needed to go to sleep: hold him in the middle of my chest and hum the Star Spangled Banner. ;-)

My son has not been the happiest of campers today. I wonder if he doesn't like the weird schedule he's been on the past two days. That might have something to do with it. Poor thing. He's been carted around everywhere, and naps have been very sketchy.

I am posting what will probably be the first of many pictures of Nathan with a dog. ;-) He absolutely loves to go outside and look at (and pull the fur of) his dogs. He will grab a handful of fur, squeal, and yank. It's a good thing we got laid-back dogs who don't mind their fur or ears yanked. :-)
