Nathan is definitely getting into everything now. The scrape on his nose is from our driveway (he caught himself but then rolled forward), and the other pics of him are after he tasted a nice mouthful of dirt. Luckily, he didn't much care for the taste and spit most of it out. And, yes, I was sitting right there watching and did nothing to stop him. :-) The rocks and green tomatoes, however, were diverted before reaching his mouth.
In other news, the intern who tried to hear the baby's heartbeat was unable to find it, so I got yet another picture of the developing baby! His/her heart was beating just fine, and he even kicked around a little for us. The doctor got a profile shot (I don't know how well you will be able to see it), and I decided that they look much better when it is actually time for them to come out. :-) I guess with Nathan we just saw the back of his head the first time, and the second time he was so big I couldn't make anything out.
As for now, I am having to keep fruit on hand all of the time. I ran out of fruit the other day and ended up buying two long strings of laffy taffy and a snickers bar while I was running errands...and I ate them all. Ummmm, that even sounds good now; I guess I need to go eat some grapes or something. I do love sugar. ;-) Let's see...oh, Nathan now throws fits everytime I remove him from somewhere he wants to be or take away something he wanted and accidentally got. Talk about trying! I try to just ignore him and go on, but lately he will just get clingy and want me to hold him after he gets mad. What is a mother to do? Anyway, that is my update for now. Ta ta!
