I hate titling posts

So, Nathan slept pretty well night before last without the front on his crib. He woke up at 4:30 that morning because, I think, he had moved his bean bag, crawled back in bed, and fallen out again without a bean bag to cushion his fall. That's what it sounded like, anyway.
Yesterday I knew nap time would be difficult, but it wasn't too bad. I kept having to put him back in his bed about ten times while he screamed as if I were killing him, but he finally figured out that I wasn't going to stop and went to sleep. I was mentally preparing myself for another round today, but he went right down. He fussed until I closed the door then went right to sleep. Very nice. Last night he slept all night, even though I did peek in on him around 6:30 this morning to find him sleeping on the floor. ha I'm hoping he will eventually get the hang of sleeping in his bed at night. ;-) I had actually envisioned a week or so of him getting up at night and having horrible nap times, but so far we aren't doing so badly.
This afternoon after lunch, I decided that the floor needed sweeping, so I got out a broom for me and the Swiffer for Nathan. I would sweep little piles and throw them away while Nathan ran around the rest of the kitchen. Of course, in "helping mommy" he saw one of my piles of dirt and plowed right through it. I couldn't help but laugh. I finally put a leaf piece back on the floor and let him chase that around. He started looking for the leaf when it disappeared; I told him to look on the bottom of the Swiffer. When he saw the leaf on the bottom of the Swiffer he said, "Yay!" ;-) He was so proud of himself.
