Blogging again

Can you tell that Evan is gone studying? It is 9:40 p.m., and I just got Nathan in bed. I love talking to that boy. :-) We're reading Amon's Adventures which is a Lent story for Easter. Evan read Jotham's Journey leading up to Christmas, and they both thoroughly enjoyed the book. Last night as I was reading, I read a part where a rabbi was trying to teach Amon a lesson about not judging someone before you've even met them. He told Amon to think about what he would feel like if the Messiah judged him before he met him. Nathan said, "But God knows everyone already!" I laughed because I had already seen that that is exactly what Amon said to his rabbi (that the Messiah would know him already) in the next sentence.

Noelle was really fussy this morning and actually fell asleep within minutes of laying down for her nap. I had thought we were getting close to cutting out the morning nap, but maybe I am mistaken. Who knows. :-) She usually just sits in there and plays with her baby and bears for a while before going to sleep (when she does actually go to sleep). She is such a funny girl. When Evan got home tonight, he was walking around, and she was just following him around jabbering. He sat down in the floor, and she stood there just talking to him. He had no clue what she was saying, but she had a LOT to say. :-)

Nathan and Noelle have been playing together a lot lately. He still pesters, and she still screams, but overall they really enjoy each other. They definitely love to make each other laugh. :-) Tonight Noelle was making Nathan laugh so hard that I started laughing just at his laugh. Of course, she just feeds off the attention. ha I definitely won't complain about laughter, even if it does get a wee bit crazy around here at times. ;-)
