ha That's Nathan today. ;-) He told me his stomach was hurting while we were doing school, so he laid down on the couch while I read to him. I knew he wasn't feeling well since he was, umm, calm (even after our reading, he's usually calm during that anyway).
Evan came home for lunch, and I had to take Noelle to her room to change her diaper (she has icky diapers today) when I heard Nathan throwing up in the kitchen. Evan got Nathan to the bathroom once he had finished then started trying to clean up the floor in the kitchen, but I quickly relieved him of that job since I didn't want to be cleaning up two people's vomit. :-) Nathan kept saying that he was sorry he threw up on the floor. Why is he so contrite when it's something that is totally not his fault?
I put a bowl beside him on the couch, but after lunch (he didn't eat) he wanted a Pediasure popsicle, so I let him have one...a pink one. Not the greatest idea, I suppose. He was fine for a little while then tried to make it to the bathroom to throw up; he didn't make it. One more time to think about the argument Evan and I had about me NOT WANTING LIGHT COLORED CARPET. :-) But I'm over it, really I am. ha ha I think I got most of the pink out of the carpet, though.
Noelle had a fever last night and a little this morning, but she seems to be doing much better. We're just truckin' along! The sun is shining today, so I have been doing remarkably well. I am so thankful for sunshine!
