Our Sunday

I am so thankful for beautiful weather! We went to church this morning; then after we ate lunch Evan left to go study and was gone until 6:15 this evening. The kids and I were outside most of the day, which means that everyone was very happy! :-)
Nathan and I (mostly I) working on scooping dog poop when Noelle was napping. I have decided that scooping poop is going to be Nathan's job, but I need to get everything "caught up" before I hand over the job to him. ha So I'm currently working on that. I used to scoop poop very diligently, but with each child I got worse and worse about getting back into the habit.
I love watching them run around our yard (not the dogs' yard) barefooted! They just look so happy and carefree, I guess. :-)
My nasturtiums have sprouted and are now about two inches tall! Nathan is very excited to see them growing and know that they will have flowers on them. He has taken a liking to flowers lately and loves to pick them, and if I'm trying to pull weeds, he doesn't want me pulling any that have flowers on them. ha I guess I'll have to do some weed-pulling behind his back.
