Not so fit as a fiddle anymore...

Poor Boog. He started running a fever this afternoon, and he just went willing to bed NOT feeling well at all. He didn't eat any supper and has just laid around all evening listening to Odyssey. Noelle looks completely well now, compared to him. Of course, she is still running a 100-degree temperature, but she doesn't seem to be bothered by it. So weird. I guess I'll take them to the doctor tomorrow if Noelle still has a temperature in the morning.
What a difference it makes to have a 5-year-old who is sick as opposed to a 2-year-old. It's a lot less stress when Nathan is sick because he can tell me exactly how he feels (I ache or my head hurts), and I can tell him why he needs to do or not do certain things.
Now I am trying to decide what to do with this early evening. I probably should enter receipts, but I really just want to sit down and watch more episodes of The Office. ;-) Too bad I can't do both at the same time.
Oh, and I also was craving some biscuits this evening, since we were having soup for supper, and I knew the kids would like them, too. Noelle helped me mix the first part (coconut oil, sourdough starter, flour, and milk); then I left them on the counter to sit until Evan called saying he was on his way home. Yeah, once he called, I dumped out the dough on the stone, rolled it out, cut it, and stuck it in the oven. I couldn't figure out why ten minutes later they looked exactly the same...oh yeah, I forgot to put in the leavenings and salt. Poor biscuits.
