Blinds

I do not like cleaning blinds, especially ones that have fly "mess" on them. I think it looks more like someone was chewing tobacco and spitting on them, but Evan says that it was flies. Anyway, this is my break from cleaning a particularly yucky blind that is in our bedroom. I cleaned the ones in the livingroom, kitchen, blue room, and green room before we went to Seattle; but the ones in our bedroom must have been well-liked by flies. :-(

I took Gimli to the vet this morning to get shots and a check-up, and he is doing well (no more worms). :-) Last time he slept through the entire experience, but this time he was VERY awake and curious about everything, including the vet's stethascope. We looked at a "cheat sheet" that takes the dog's age and weight and tells about how much he will weigh when he is full grown. According to it, Gim will be around 75 pounds.

Evan and I have been looking at wallpaper and trying to figure out what we want in our foyer and bathroom. Blue and white tile is hard to match when you don't want floral prints. We finally settled on a white wallpaper with splashes of blue; I guess we'll see how it goes.

Well, I guess I should go. I'm sure the blinds haven't cleaned themselves! ha
