Feeling Good

Today I am feeling good. :-) This week was crazy, but I survived, and it is over. I had my first experiences with jury duty, voir dire, and heartburn. I thought that maybe the heartburn was here to stay, but I am beginning to think that it was brought on by stress because this weekend I have been fine (and that is even with eating two chili dogs last night). :-) I am, however, learning that I can't eat as much at one time now; I am guessing that little Nathan is beginning to encroach upon my stomach's space. ha Isn't all this information fascinating?

I only have fourteen more days of school left, and I am quite happy about that. One good thing about having fifth grade is that they can pack and clean my room for me...and still think that I am giving them the "privelege" of doing so. :-) That, and I have already said that our "end-of-the-year" party depends on whether or not we get everything done. ha

It is funny to see the changes that have begun in Evan as we get closer and closer to being parents. I am usually the one looking at babies in church and poking Evan to make him look. This morning, however, he was the one poking me. :-) There was a very newborn little boy in the row in front of us, and Evan kept looking at him and telling me how cute he was. I can't wait to see him with Nathan. :-)

I only have five weeks until Mom and Dad come and only seven weeks until my due date. I am doing quite a bit of counting down, aren't I? Oh well, I guess that is the fun of it all.

Here are a couple of pictures of the dogs and Bird.
