Sunday

We made it to church this morning, although we were a wee bit late. I dropped Nathan off in the new nursery, and he went right to playing. When we were going to pick him up, we saw a friend of ours, and she said he had been playing really well. However, when we walked around the corner we heard him crying. The lady in the nursery said that he had been perfectly fine until some of the other parents had gotten there to pick up their kids. I guess he thought we needed to pick him up a little sooner. :-) We got there as quickly as we could!!
Evan has gone to get a haircut, and Nathan is down for a nap. I am enjoying some quiet time. I probably should be taking a nap myself, but I just don't want to. I think Nathan has some new teeth that are trying to work their way through his gums, and he hasn't been the happiest camper. We've been going through ice like crazy, and he even says "ice" now!! Of course, it comes out a little like "ithe" but we know what he means. He has also started trying to say "highchair." It sounds a lot like "ice" but with an "h" at the beginning and a little extra noise at the end. ha He is beginning to try to repeat a lot of words that we say.
