Here, here!

I am going to blog for five minutes. 
This summer is going by at an alarming rate.  I think today was one of the few calm Saturdays we have had since Evan took his final CPA exam.  :-)  I cannot always put my finger on what keeps us so busy, but there seems to have been something almost every weekend. 
Noelle is STILL trying to cut her final 2-year molar.  She actually had a little blood blister on it.  Mom was here last weekend to watch the kiddos while Evan and I celebrated our tenth anniversary, and she mentioned how well the kids played (she had just kept them a couple of weeks earlier for a couple of days...the first time I noticed that her tooth was "almost" through).  Then on Tuesday, WHAM!  Noelle was crazy again.  The next day is when I noticed the blood blister on her gums.  The tooth has yet to come through completely.  I was telling Mom that Nathan would probably be getting his 6-year molars sometimes soon, and he said, "Yeah, this bottom side of my mouth has been hurting."  I looked, thinking he was only saying that because he heard me, and...his gums are swollen and white only on that side.  ha 
Nathan is trying, once again, to stop sucking his thumb.  That means it takes him a loooooong time to go to sleep at night.  I was getting frustrated at all the singing and the questions he was asking after being put to bed until I realized that he was trying not to suck his thumb and was having difficulties going to sleep.  Poor kiddo.
